CSM 20: Applications Now Open!

Your candidacy starts now. Submissions are officially open for those who aspire to represent the player base as part of the 20th Council of Stellar Management (CSM). From now through 7 October, capsuleers can declare their candidacy and take the first step toward shaping the future of EVE Online.

The CSM is more than just a sounding board. It’s a channel for influence, recognition, and connection. Members work closely with developers, sharing player perspectives and helping to refine and prioritize the roadmap for the months and years ahead.

If you’re active, informed, and passionate about EVE, now is the time to step forward.

Key Dates

• Candidate submissions: 23 September - 7 October

• Candidate announcement: 10 October

• Campaign period: 10 - 26 October

• Voting period: 27 October - 10 November

These timeline updates streamline onboarding and improve campaign visibility, staying in line with community feedback and internal coordination.

Submission Details

The application process remains the same:

• You must be 18 years or older.

• You must have an active EVE Online account in good standing.

• Applications must be submitted via the CSM Application Portal.

• A copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID is required.

  • Following the application, please send a copy of your passport/ID to CSM-Contact@ccpgames.com with the subject “CSM 20 Application”.

• You may announce your candidacy publicly as soon as you get confirmation that your account is in good standing and your application has been approved. This will be done approximately within 72 hours of your application.

Note: Timeouts may occasionally occur during submission. For this reason, it's best to write out your application in a separate document and paste it in, to avoid frustration if you need to restart the process.
